West Coast Deals offers wholesale and bulk options for shops, resellers, and larger buyers looking to move volume. Inventory changes quickly, but we regularly handle mixed lots of sneakers and apparel across major brands.

What We Offer

Offerings vary based on what we have in stock at any given time. Some example brands we often carry include:

Mitchell & Ness
Fanatics
Nike
Adidas
Vans

Lots are typically mixed by style, size, and category unless otherwise agreed. When possible, we provide a manifest. If a full manifest is not available, the lot will be broken down into general unit types, for example:

– 100 T-shirts
– 50 Jackets
– 25 Bottoms

Minimum Order Quantities & Pricing

Minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies by brand and load. In most cases, the MOQ will be one pallet.

We can sometimes work with smaller order quantities, but pricing will be significantly higher on a per-unit basis. For accurate pricing, please reach out to us directly with details on:

– Desired brand(s)
– Estimated quantity or budget
– Any specific categories you’re targeting (e.g., tops, outerwear, sneakers)

All wholesale pricing will be quoted with freight included unless stated otherwise.

Freight, Delivery & Receiving

– Wholesale orders are typically shipped palletized via freight.
– You must be able to receive a pallet at your delivery address (dock, forklift, or pallet jack access recommended).
– The price you are quoted will include freight to the agreed-upon destination, unless noted.

Once a pallet leaves our warehouse and is scanned in by the carrier, responsibility for loss or damage in transit transfers to the buyer, subject to any claim processes available through the carrier. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on wholesale orders.

Condition & Grade

Item condition will be communicated as clearly as possible before you commit to a purchase. This may include:

– Overall condition profile of the load
– Typical retail channels the product came from (where applicable)
– Any known issues (box damage, mixed seasons, etc.)

If you have specific condition requirements, let us know up front so we can determine whether we have a suitable lot.

All Sales Final

All wholesale and bulk orders are:

– Sold as-is
– Final sale
– Not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds

We strongly recommend that only buyers who are comfortable handling mixed wholesale loads (including potential slow movers or less desirable sizes/styles) purchase at this level.
