Below are some common questions about shopping with West Coast Deals.

Are your products real?
Yes. Everything we source is 100% authentic and comes directly from trusted retailers, distributors, and brand partners.

Do you offer returns?

Yes. You can start a return within 30 days of delivery for any eligible item (unworn, original condition, with tags and/or original packaging). When you return, you choose your refund: back to your original payment method, or store credit with a 5% bonus added. A $10 return shipping fee applies and is deducted from your refund or store credit — waived if the return is due to our error. Final sale items aren't eligible. To start, visit our Return & Exchange Portal with your order number and email.

How can I buy wholesale?
If you’re interested in wholesale or bulk orders, please send us a message through our support page or contact us on Instagram at @west.coastdeals.

How long does shipping take?
All orders ship within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order goes out.

What condition are your products in?
All sneakers and apparel are brand new, unworn, and in original condition. 

Do items come with the original box and packaging?
For sneakers, we aim to ship pairs with their original boxes whenever possible. In cases where the original box is damaged or unavailable, we may ship in a replacement box to protect the shoes in transit. 

How do I know what size to order?
We list sizes using the brand’s standard sizing (usually US sizing for sneakers). If a product runs noticeably small, large, or differently than standard, we’ll note it in the description. If you’re unsure, contact our support team before purchasing, and we can help you decide based on the model.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we’re usually unable to make changes, but we’ll always do what we can if you reach out quickly.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track the package. If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder or reach out to support, and we can resend your tracking details.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Our inventory comes mainly from bulk and closeout buys, so many styles and sizes are limited. Some items may restock if we secure more inventory, but once most pairs are gone, they’re gone.
