Are your products real?
Yes. Everything we source is 100% authentic and comes directly from trusted retailers, distributors, and brand partners.
Is West Coast Deals a legit, real company?
Yes. We've been selling authentic sneakers since 2017 and operate from our own 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Portland, Oregon. Every item is sourced through authorized channels and inspected in-house before it ships — we call that Verified & Shipped. You don't have to take our word for it: our reviews are public on Judge.me, and across marketplaces like Whatnot and TikTok Shop we've sold 250,000+ units with tens of thousands of verified reviews.
Why are your prices below retail?
Because of how we buy, not what we sell. We purchase authentic overstock, past-season, and closeout inventory in volume directly from retailers, distributors, and brand partners, and pass the savings on. It's the same product you'd find at full price elsewhere — just sourced differently.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. You can start a return within 30 days of delivery for any eligible item (unworn, original condition, with tags and/or original packaging). When you return, you choose your refund: back to your original payment method, or store credit with a 5% bonus added. A $10 return shipping fee covers the prepaid return label and is deducted from your refund or store credit — waived if the return is due to our error. Final sale items aren't eligible. How do exchanges work, and why is there a $20 exchange fee?
We offer size exchanges whenever the size you want is in stock. The $20 exchange fee isn't a markup — it covers two shipping labels: the prepaid label to send your original pair back to Portland, and the outbound label for the new pair we ship out to you. If the size you want isn't available, we'll process a refund instead (your choice of original payment method or store credit + 5% bonus). If the exchange is due to our error, the $20 fee is waived.
How can I buy wholesale?
All wholesale and bulk orders are handled through our B2B marketplace at wcdwholesale.com. Apply for buyer access with your business details and a resale certificate — we typically approve accounts within one business day — then browse manifested lots across apparel and footwear, from single pallets to full truckloads, freight included. You can also message us on WhatsApp to get started.
How long does shipping take?
All orders ship within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order goes out.
What condition are your products in?
All sneakers and apparel are brand new, unworn, and in original condition.
Do items come with the original box and packaging?
For sneakers, we aim to ship pairs with their original boxes whenever possible. In cases where the original box is damaged or unavailable, we may ship in a replacement box to protect the shoes in transit.
How do I know what size to order?
We list sizes using the brand's standard sizing (usually US sizing for sneakers). If a product runs noticeably small, large, or differently than standard, we'll note it in the description. If you're unsure, contact our support team before purchasing, and we can help you decide based on the model.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we're usually unable to make changes, but we'll always do what we can if you reach out quickly.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track the package. If you don't see the email, check your spam/junk folder or reach out to support, and we can resend your tracking details.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Our inventory comes mainly from bulk and closeout buys, so many styles and sizes are limited. Some items may restock if we secure more inventory, but once most pairs are gone, they're gone.
