West Coast Deals moves authenticated, market-priced inventory across major brands directly out of our Portland warehouse. We work with shops, resellers, and volume buyers who can handle mixed lots and need consistent quality with faster turnaround than most liquidation channels.

What We Offer
Inventory rotates quickly, but we regularly handle mixed lots across:
- Athletic and lifestyle footwear — Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Vans, and others
- Licensed sports apparel — Mitchell & Ness, Fanatics, and team-licensed product
- Streetwear and casual apparel across major brands
Lots are typically mixed by style, size, and category — including footwear and apparel together in the same load — unless otherwise agreed. When possible, we provide a manifest. If a full manifest isn't available, the lot will be broken down into general unit types, for example:
- 100 T-shirts
- 50 Jackets
- 25 Bottoms
Minimum Order Quantities & Pricing
Minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies by brand and load. In most cases, the MOQ will be one pallet — typically 200 to 500 units depending on category and product mix.
We can sometimes work with smaller order quantities, but pricing will be significantly higher on a per-unit basis. For accurate pricing, please reach out directly with details on:
- Desired brand(s)
- Estimated quantity or budget
- Any specific categories you're targeting (e.g., tops, outerwear, sneakers)
All wholesale pricing is quoted with freight included unless stated otherwise.
Payment
Payment is accepted via wire transfer or ACH. Full payment is due before shipment unless terms have been arranged in advance.
Freight, Delivery & Receiving
- Wholesale orders are typically shipped palletized via freight
- You must be able to receive a pallet at your delivery address (dock, forklift, or pallet jack access recommended)
- The price you are quoted will include freight to the agreed-upon destination, unless noted
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer at FOB origin — once a pallet leaves our warehouse and is scanned in by the carrier, responsibility for loss or damage in transit transfers to you, subject to any claim processes available through the carrier.
Condition & Grade
Item condition will be communicated as clearly as possible before you commit to a purchase. This may include:
- Overall condition profile of the load
- Typical retail channels the product came from (where applicable)
- Any known issues (box damage, mixed seasons, etc.)
If you have specific condition requirements, let us know up front so we can determine whether we have a suitable lot.
All Sales Final
All wholesale and bulk orders are:
- Sold as-is
- Final sale
- Not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds
Wholesale loads are designed for buyers with infrastructure to process mixed inventory. If you don't have a sales channel ready for slow movers or less desirable sizes and styles, this isn't the right fit.
