Every order placed at West Coast Deals goes through our Verified & Shipped process before it leaves our Portland warehouse. That means every item is inspected in-house, carefully packed, and sent out the next business day — so you get what you ordered, fast.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped the next business day after your order is placed (Monday through Friday).
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 2 business days, but we aim to ship every order next day.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order has shipped.

2. Verified & Shipped — Our Process
Before any order leaves our warehouse, it goes through our in-house verification and fulfillment process:
- Every item is inspected for authenticity and condition.
- Orders are packed securely in protective packaging.
- Shipments are processed and handed off to the carrier the next business day.
This is what's included in your shipping rate — not just postage, but the full fulfillment process that ensures your order arrives the way it should.

3. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses if restricted by the carrier or the size/weight of the order.
- International shipping is not currently available. This policy will be updated if that changes.

4. Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped from our Portland, Oregon warehouse, typical delivery times are:
- Standard orders: 2–7 business days depending on your location.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control may impact delivery times.

5. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. All rates include our full Verified & Shipped fulfillment process — inspection, packaging, and next-business-day dispatch.
From time to time we may offer promotional shipping rates. These will be clearly indicated on the site or at checkout when active.

6. Order Tracking
- When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.
- If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If you notice an error, contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the address.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds due to non-delivery. If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we can reship it to an updated address — additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as Delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check around your delivery location — doors, mailroom, lobby, neighbors, leasing office, etc.
- Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open a claim.
Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. West Coast Deals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. In some cases we can assist with carrier claim information, but resolution is not guaranteed.

9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged:
- Take clear photos of the outer box, the shipping label, and the damaged item(s).
- Contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photos.
- We'll review the situation and work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement (if available) or store credit, consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may ship in multiple boxes — for example, larger orders or mixed items. If this happens:
- You may receive more than one tracking number.
- Packages may arrive on different days.
- We'll ship all parts of your order as quickly as possible.

11. Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Shipping for wholesale and bulk orders, including pallets and mixed lots, is handled separately:
- Freight is typically included in the quoted price unless stated otherwise.
- Orders usually ship on pallets via freight carriers.
- You must be able to receive palletized shipments at the delivery location.
Once a wholesale pallet is scanned in by the carrier and leaves our warehouse, responsibility for loss or damage passes to the buyer, subject to any available carrier claims. All wholesale orders are final sale.
