Every order goes through the same process. Authentic inventory, hands-on inspection, careful packaging, and shipped within 24 hours from our Portland warehouse.
Step 1 — Sourcing
Where our inventory comes from
All our inventory comes directly from brands or authorized distributors. We don't buy from secondary markets, peer-to-peer marketplaces, or unverified sellers.
So authenticity isn't really a question we have to answer. The real work is quality control — making sure every pair we sell is something we'd be comfortable wearing ourselves.
Step 2 — Inspection
Every pair gets checked by hand
When inventory arrives at our 25,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Portland, our team inspects every shipment before anything goes live on the site.
We check each pair for defects, wear, dust on the soles — anything that wouldn't pass our own bar. If something doesn't look right, it doesn't get listed. What passes inspection moves to the verified rack, ready to be packed and shipped.

Step 3 — Packaging
Wrapped, boxed, ready to ship
After inspection, each pair gets returned to its original box and tissue, exactly how it would have arrived from the brand.
Before shipping, the box gets wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside an outer shipping box. The original packaging stays protected so it arrives the way it should.
Step 4 — Shipping
Ships in 24 hours from Portland
Once your order is placed, it ships from our Portland warehouse within 24 hours. We use bubble wrap inside an outer shipping box so the original packaging stays intact in transit.
