Because the woven upper is more structured than the standard mesh, wider or higher-volume feet may prefer to go up half a size for a touch more room. Woven vs EXO: which "upgraded upper" should you get?
adidas offers two locked-down takes on the Evo SL, and it's worth knowing the difference. The Woven tightens the fit through the textile of the upper itself. The EXO adds a caged exoskeleton over the upper for even more midfoot lockdown. Both keep the same Lightstrike Pro ride underneath. If you want a cleaner, sock-like structured feel, go Woven; if you want the most aggressive, strapped-in hold, go EXO.
